<P>The purpose of this report is to set out proposals for the Public Health budget for 2016/17 in accordance with the Council's Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) reported to Cabinet in October 2015. The report also provides an update on the financial position for the current year.</P> <P>This report seeks approval for submission to the Leader and Cabinet of the revised budget for 2015/16 and detailed service budgets for 2016/17 for Public Health.</P>
