<P>The purpose of the report is to outline a proposal for Rural Delivery Strategy Project funding.  The proposal has been developed in accordance with the Rural Delivery Strategy priorities approved by Cabinet in March 2014.</P> <P>Approval is also being sought for grant applications to the Community Challenge Fund.</P>
