<p>This report sets out proposals for the training arrangements for members of the Pension Fund Panel and Board in 2016/17, including the introduction of an online training library. The report takes into account the Training Needs Analyses completed by Panel and Board members in early 2016. The report also includes proposals for the Panel's training half days in 2016/17 and 2017/18.</p>
