Summary

<p>Hampshire County Council was granted permission from the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) to form a Joint Pension Fund Panel and Board on 3 June 2015.  The permission was granted for a year and the County Council charged with report back to DCLG on the implementation and viability of the Joint Panel and Board with an assessment of how the join commitment has been more effective than separate bodies.  This report provides an early draft of the proposed report to DCLG.</p>
