<p>New ways of working have been trialled during the extension of the current highways maintenance contract. The report summarises and updates the Committee on the various trials and their progress. It also summarises the impact of the trials and invites the Committee to consider recommending to the Executive Member for Environment and Transport that the trials be continued into the new Hampshire Highways Services Contract.</p>
