<p>The purpose of this paper is to outline proposals for Rural Delivery Strategy funding for 2016/17. the proposals have been developed in accordance with the revised Rural Delivery Strategy priorities approved by Cabinet in March 2014.</p><p>This paper outlines five proposals for consideration, to be delivered by the County Council and partners, and two applications to the Community Challenge Fund.</p>
