<p>This report advises on the government National Transfer Scheme for unaccompanied asylum seeking children and refugee children and the implications for Hampshire County Council. The County Council has confirmed to Ministers it's support of the National Transfer Scheme. This scheme came into effect from 1 July 2016.</p>
