<p><p><p><p>Seeking permission from the Executive Member for Adult Social Care to approve the modification (novation) of a number of contracts in order that they reflect the new structure of an existing provider group (Choice Care Group) following an internal reorganisation within that organisation. These proposals do not involve any modification to either the value of the contracts or their duration.</p>
