A Direct Debit is an instruction from you to your bank or building society. It authorises an organisation to collect payments from your account.
Most banks and building society current accounts can make Direct Debit payments. Ask your bank or building society for more details before setting up a Direct Debit with us. Direct Debits can only be set up from a UK bank account. There is no extra charge to you when paying by Direct Debit.

To complete the Direct Debit form, you will need the following information:
- your name and address
- name and address of your bank or building society
- bank or building society account number
- the sort code of your bank or building society
- the name(s) on the account
- your customer account reference number.
Only the account holder can set up the payments.
We'll process your Direct Debit request within 5 working days of receipt of your form and we’ll send you confirmation of your Direct Debit payment plan by your preferred contact method. Please allow at least 15 working days before the first collection date.
You need to make sure you have enough funds in your account when the payment is due.
