Hampshire County Council is looking at ways to support people to reduce the amount they throw away, such as by repairing and reusing things that would otherwise be disposed of.

Councils in Hampshire spend over £100 million per year on waste collection and disposal. Reducing this cost means that more money can be spent on essential services for people in most need of help.

Completing this short survey will help us understand what things people throw away that could be reused, and ways to help people throw less away.
