Any comments received will be considered prior to the planning application for the new secondary school due to be submitted in October 2024. Should you still have comments at that stage there will be a further statutory consultation period as part of the full planning submission.
Linked Consultations
This consultation follows an earlier, separate consultation on the future education offer for children in Whiteley and Fareham. Feedback from that separate consultation, as well as a recommended way forward, will be presented for consideration to Councillor Roz Chadd, the County Council’s Cabinet Lead Member for Children’s Services, at a Decision Day meeting on 25 October 2024. Subject to the outcome of that Decision Day, a further consultation will be undertaken as required.
Further information can be found on our Future Education Offer in Whiteley and Fareham consultation page.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your views. Your response will be carefully considered as part of the pre-planning consultation.
