The Winchester (City Focus) Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) sets out the ambition for investment in walking and cycling in Winchester City over the next 5-10 years.
It is the second part of the Winchester LCWIP (the first being the District Focus LCWIP) and completes the network for Winchester.
