Petition - Stop critical funding to older people's community schemes from being cut

Thank you for submitting the petition to support the continuance of funding to community schemed that support older people, which was received by Hampshire County Council on the 21 March 2022.

The petition was submitted as part of the Consultation on proposals to stop the funding for three Adult Social Care grant schemes which support voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, which closed on the 21 March 2022. Officers are now analysing the responses to the consultation and I can confirm that the petition you have submitted will be taken into account as part of this assessment.

I would like to emphasise that at this stage no decision has been made regarding the proposals. Following consideration of the consultation feedback received, I will be making my decision on 16 June 2022.
