Petition to object to the proposed installation of a cycle parking area at the corner of Lackford Avenue and Hemming Close, Totton Ref TO 035

Thank you for your response to the notices regarding the proposed e-bike share parking bay at Lackford Avenue (Ref: TO 035).

We acknowledge receipt of your petition, submitted to Hampshire County Council on 10 September 2025, indicating your decision to withhold consent. Although this was received after the formal consultation period (Monday 28 July to Monday 1 September 2025), it will be considered under Section 115E of the Highways Act 1980.
