Petition to save Newman Court Day Services

Thank you for your petition entitled, “Petition to save Newman Court Day Services”, which was submitted on 6 June 2025. Having been checked and verified by the Democratic & Member Services team following the Council’s established process, I confirm that out of a total of 1,356 signatures received, 612 were from a validated Hampshire address or postcode which is a requirement of the County Council’s petition process.

I would like to emphasise that at this stage no decision has yet been made regarding the proposals, and following consideration of the consultation feedback received, Cabinet will be making their decision on 18th July 2025.
