Hampshire County Council collects information about you in order to provide and deliver training courses via Impact Adult Care Training.

We will use the information for the purpose of facilitating attendance and participation for our training courses.
We will email you to supply you with course details such as course details, venue address and directions.
We will email you to supply you with Certificates following your training.
We may email or phone you if we need to cancel a course or to check the course meets your requirements.
We will email you with an invoice, if this is the requested payment for Bespoke courses.
Lastly, we may use the information, if needed, to help us investigate any queries, concerns or complaints you have about the service.

How long will we keep this information for?
Your data will be retained for 7 years.
What if you change your mind?
Our legal basis for the use of your information is your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent for us to hold or use your personal data for Impact Adult Care Training by contacting us via [email protected]
Please note, if you withdraw your consent, we may no longer be able to provide you with the Impact Adult Care Training service.
