Registration for medically proven tailored menus in primary schools
Your data will only be used to process your registration. It will be shared with the child’s school and our system providers. Your data will be retained for a maximum period of seven years from the date of your registration in respect of the medically proven allergy menu. The legal basis for our use of this information is Substantial Public Interest (Special Category Data).
Registration for benefit related free school meals eligibility
Your data will only be used to process your registration. It will be shared with the child’s school and our system providers. Your data will be checked regularly for eligibility for free school meals. The information is kept from the date of application to six years after either being removed or made a ‘leaver’. The legal basis for our use of this information is Performance of a Public Interest task.
Cashless catering systems, including biometric
Your data will only be used to open and maintain a pupil or student account and will be shared with the school and the cashless system provider to do so. Your data will be retained for the period the child attends the school. The legal basis for our use of this information is Substantial Public Interest (Special Category Data).
Image consent forms
Consent forms will be kept in accordance with Hampshire County Council’s policy and will be destroyed once the consent period expires, usually three years from approval.
Catering requests
Your data will only be used to process your catering request and provide you with information about your booking. It will not be shared with third parties. Your data will be retained for a maximum period of seven years from the date of your booking. The legal basis for our use of this information is Performance of a Public Interest task.
