Events and bookings

Your data will only be used to process your booking or contact you about your booking. Data relating to Camping or BBQ bookings will need to be shared with Cinolla as the booking system supplier, it will not be shared with any other third parties. Your data will be retained for a maximum period of one year from the date of your booking. The legal basis for our use of this information is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject.

Membership

Hampshire County Council collects information about you in order to provide you with a membership for one of the Hampshire County Council Countryside sites. Your personal data will be used to process your membership and to provide you with information about the service that is provided. We will need to share your personal data with the supplier of our Ticketing and Memberships system in order to provide this service. Your data will be retained for the duration of your membership and a maximum period of two years afterwards. The legal basis for our use of this information is that it is necessary for the performance of our membership contract with you.  Visiting

CCTV is in operation at many of our sites for security purposes to protect staff and customers. Automatic Number Plate Recognition is in operation at many of our sites to assist with management of  car parking fees.

Volunteering

The information you provide will only be used in order to contact you in relation to volunteering. It will not be shared with third parties. Your data will be retained for the duration of your volunteering work and for a period of 7 years afterwards. The legal basis for our use of this information is Performance of a Public Interest task.
