Berthing and use of the facilities

Your data will only be used to process your use of River Hamble facilities and services and provide you with information relevant to your berth, launch or service. It will not be shared with third parties other than ‘Harbour Assist’, our harbour management system provider.

Your data will be retained for a maximum period of seven years from the date of your booking. The legal basis for our use of this information is that there is a contract with the data subject.

Events and bookings

Your data will only be used to process your enquiry or booking and provide you with information about your enquiry or booking. It will not be shared with third parties. Your data will be retained for a maximum period of one year from the date of your booking. The legal basis for our use of this information is that there is a contract with the data subject.

Crown Estate moorings

Your data will only be used to process your membership and provide you with information about your membership. It will not be shared with third parties. Your data will be retained for a maximum of one year from the expiry date of your membership. The legal basis for our use of this information is that there is a contract with the data subject.

CCTV

CCTV is in operation at many of our sites for security purposes to protect staff and customers.
