Hampshire County Council collects information about you for in order to protect the health and safety of our Gypsy and Traveller Service officers and to record site information.
We will use the information to record site information, observe and record any intimidating, threatening or anti-social behaviour including fly tipping/fly grazing and damage that could later be used for evidence.To reduce the risk to staff visiting sites.
The legal basis for our use of this information is where it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council and where it is necessary for compliance of a legal obligation to which the County Council is subject.
We may share your personal information with HM Courts & Tribunals Service, Hampshire Constabulary and other Hampshire Local Authorities.
We will keep your personal information for 30 days unless it is needed to be retained to assist in any judicial proceedings.At the conclusion of any judicial proceedings any evidential footage would then be permanently deleted at the end of the agreed storage period.
