Community funded traffic management initiatives

Hampshire County Council collects information about you for in order to provide you with the following service: the investigation and provision of community funded traffic management measures.

We will use the information for the assessment of your application to ensure that the County Council’s policy and criteria are met, as well as developing proposals for traffic management measures.

The legal basis for our use of this information is where it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council.

We will keep your personal information for a period of 10 years.
