Hampshire County Council collects information about you in order to provide you with the Driver Skills Scheme 60+ service.

We will share information with the medical professionals that you have stipulated as well as family members, if applicable.

If necessary we may share your information with the DVLA in the interest of public safety.

The legal basis for our use of this information is performance of a task in the public interest, where it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest and where processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest. In the case of notifying a family member, the legal basis is consent.

We will keep your personal information for three years.
