Privacy notice: Highways and construction materials testing

Hampshire County Council collects information about you in order to deliver results of materials testing carried out at your request.

The personal data you provide will be treated in accordance with data protection legislation.

Your data will only be used to process your Service requests and will not be shared with third parties. It will become part of the permanent records kept on materials testing at the Highways laboratory in Hampshire.

Your data will be retained for a maximum period of twelve years from the date that your Service request was processed. The legal basis for our use of this information is the compliance with legal obligation with law of contract.
