Hampshire County Council collects information about you for in order to provide you with the following service – Hampshire County Highways Laboratory.
We will use the information for answering your enquiries and undertaking testing for you.
The legal basis for our use of this information is where it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council.
We may share your personal information with external testing laboratories if required for sub-contracted work, particularly if the work is to be performed on-site.
We may share your information with third party processors in order to provide a service to you – This includes a selection of external materials testing laboratories used for sub-contracted work that we are not able to perform in-house.
We will keep your personal information for 7 years, as per the required UKAS retention period.
