Hampshire County Council collects information about you for in order to issue pay and display tickets or pay by phone parking sessions.

We will use the information to process the penalty charge notice issued to you and to assess any appeals you may like to make.

The legal basis for our use of this information is it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (the Network Management Duty under section 16 of the Traffic Management Act 2004) and where it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council.

We may share your personal information with our service partner NSL, their software service provider Chipside and selected Enforcement Agents.

We will keep your personal information for 7 years.
