Hampshire County Council collects information about you for in order to provide frontline delivery of winter and weather emergency services including snowploughing.
We will use the information for communicating with you in the event of a weather emergency and to communicate with you about contract and invoicing.
The legal basis for our use of this information is where it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council.
We may share your personal information with our Highway Service Provider Skanska in relation to operations during a snow event.
We will keep your personal information for the duration of the snow ploughing contract.
