We will use the information to monitor the level of contact you have with the applicable services, and to keep a log of your contact.
The legal basis for our use of this information is for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council by the Local Government Act 1974, specifically sections 26, 28 and 29. Your information is held within systems provided by Microsoft.
We will keep your personal information for seven years.
