Applications to amend the registers of commons and village greens

Hampshire County Council will process the information you provide in connection with the application for Village Green status only and it will not be used for any other purposes without your consent. Please note that the information you provide may be published in a decision report, and may also be disclosed to other interested parties, including the landowner (or their representatives) and the Planning Inspectorate. It may also be produced at a public inquiry.

If the application is accepted, it will become part of the permanent records kept in relation to commons and village greens in Hampshire in compliance with the County Council’s legal obligations under the Commons Act 2006.
