Child health data for population forecasts
Privacy Notice
Hampshire County Council has information about children aged 0 to 4 years living in Hampshire for the purpose of producing population forecasts for planning of services.
We hold personal information about you namely:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your date of birth
- Your gender
We have obtained the personal data on you from the Solent NHS Trust.
We will use the information to keep under review matters which are likely to affect the development of the area of planning of its development, namely the population of the area; to ensure that there is sufficient provision of education (including schools) to meet the needs of the population area; and to ensure that there is sufficient provision of childcare in the area to meet the requirements of parents in the area.
The legal basis for our use of this information is it is necessary for compliance of a legal obligation to which the County Council is subject.
We will keep your personal information stored securely and it will be disposed of securely.
We will keep your personal information for six months.
