Tree and Hedge Tracker Survey

Survey data will be reviewed by Hampshire Forest Partnership prior to making the data publicly accessible. This will enable any sensitive or erroneous data to be removed.

Any personal data you provide will be treated in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulations. Information provided will only be used for the purposes of this study and will not be shared. Your personal data will be retained for a period of seven years from the date the survey was submitted. All other non-personal data may be stored indefinitely.

Survey users may request to view or remove any records held by Hampshire Forest Partnership that are attached to a specific email address, organisation, data location or photos. Requests should be made by e-mail to [email protected].

Survey users must give their consent for photo/s to be uploaded and used on the Hampshire Forest Partnership website. To upload a photo/s, you must tick the box stating that you have provided consent and are giving Hampshire County Council the rights to use your photo/s for the purpose of the Tree and Hedge Tracker Survey. Any photo uploaded to the site is the responsibility of the person or organisation that uploads this. Photos of people where they are recognisable and can be identified should not be uploaded.

The legal basis for our use of this information is the performance of a public interest task.
