First Words Together Parent/Carers Programme Privacy Notice
Hampshire County Council is collecting information about you and your child in order to refer you to be considered for a space on the First Words Together programme. Your child’s name and date of birth will be used to allocate course spaces and ensure children are the appropriate age for the programme. Your child’s first language will be used by us to evaluate how fairly we have allocated spaces. Your name and telephone number or email contact details will be used to offer a space or follow up non-attendance.
- We will treat your responses as confidential. Only relevant staff in our Adults’ Health and Care and Library Service will see your information. We will not share your information with other organisations
- We will keep your information for no more than one year
- Our legal basis for the use of the information is UK GDPR Article 6 1 a – your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting [email protected] but this would mean we would be unable to provide you with a space on the programme
