Hampshire County Council collects information about you in order to provide data lead proposals and monitoring for restrictions subject to moving traffic contraventions.

We will use the information for recording the number of contraventions that occur at the highway restrictions to assess for potential enforcement and monitor existing enforcement.

The legal basis for our use of this information is where it is necessary for compliance of a legal obligation to which the County Council is subject and public task, where it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council.

We may share your personal information with our service partner NSL, their camera service provider Videalert, software service provider Chipside and selected Enforcement Agents.

We will keep your personal information for 7 years.
