Privacy notice: Developer contributions database

Hampshire County Council processes and holds data about you, obtained from publicly available S106 legal agreements in relation to planning applications.

We will use the information for keeping a record of legal obligations and land charges relevant to Hampshire County Council.  It may also be used for contacting the appropriate person in relation to payment of S106 contributions.

The legal basis for our use of this information is where it is necessary for compliance of a legal obligation to which the County Council is subject.

We may share your personal information with local planning authorities.

We will keep the publicly available information on our database in perpetuity.
