As part of your application to join the Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Passenger Transport Services (DPS) we ask for information about individuals acting as sole traders, employees, partners and company directors. Information that identifies you may constitute your personal data.

Hampshire County Council collects information about you in order for you to be named as an ‘Accepted Supplier’ on the Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Passenger Transport Services, which enables you to view and bid for passenger transport contracts.

We will use the information to assess your suitability to supply passenger transport services on behalf of Hampshire County Council.

The legal basis for our use of this information is that it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the County Council is subject.

We will keep your personal information for the life of the DPS (the DPS may be active until 2033), plus seven years, and the duration of any contracts you may be awarded via the DPS plus seven years.
