Hampshire County Council collects information about you in order to; contact you if there are any issues with this application or to prevent permit 19 misuse, check your eligibility with the information they hold and have access to, process your application including payment and email you a reminder when your permit is due for renewal.

The personal information you provide on this form will be used for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council.

Hampshire County Council may share this information with other Traffic Commissioners, DfT, other government departments and enforcement agencies.

Your information will not be shared with any third-party for marketing purposes. Your information will not be used by Hampshire County Council for other communications unless you have chosen to opt in as part of your permit application form. Consent may be withdrawn for opt in communications by emailing [email protected]

We will keep your application form and a copy of the permit issued to you on file for 5 years after the date of expiry of your certificate.
