Hampshire County Council collects information about you in order to deal with abandoned vehicles and any goods that might be inside them.
We will use the information for the purpose of monitoring and managing the contract with the local district and borough councils and the contractor, who are responsible for the removal, storage and disposal of abandoned vehicles.
The legal basis for our use of this information is where it is necessary for compliance of a legal obligation to which the County Council is subject.
We may share your personal information with the local district and borough councils and contractor.
We will keep your personal information for as long as required to deal with the abandoned vehicle and it will be deleted in accordance with the contract retention schedules.
