Privacy Notice
Hampshire County Council collects information about you in order to identify if you have committed a criminal offence.
We will use the information to enable the relevant authorities to carry out their functions under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, and to investigate Section 33 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 prohibits the unauthorised or harmful deposit of waste, otherwise known as fly tipping.
The legal basis for our use of this information is where it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council. The legal basis for our use of any special category data is that it is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest and necessary for the purposes of the prevention or detection of an unlawful act.
