Privacy notice: Household waste recycling centre (HWRC) advertising scheme (e-signatures)

Hampshire County Council collects information about you for in order to provide you with a Booking Agreement for our Household Waste Recycling Centre Advertising Scheme.

We will use the information to provide you with a Booking agreement and to verify your electronic signature.

The legal basis for our use of this information is our legitimate interest to have a signed contract in place for this service.

We may share your personal information with Signable as our chosen provider for an e-signature service.

Your personal information will not be transferred to a Country outside the UK.

Your personal information will be retained by Signable for a maximum of 5 working days after the booking agreement has been signed.

We will keep your personal information for a period of 5 years after any advertising period has expired.
