Hampshire County Council (the County Council) collects personal information about you as part of the Voluntary Community Champion initiative. The personal information being collected is your name and email address.

The County Council will use your contact details to email you about the Voluntary scheme.

The legal basis for the County Council's use of your contact details is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

The County Council will not share your information with any third parties.

The County Council will keep your contact details stored securely and will keep them for two months.
