  • Contract scope

  • The Minor Works Framework 26-30 has been established to deliver a wide range of general building works such as repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, recladding, and extensions to all building elements such as but not limited to doors, windows, mechanical and electrical plant, and some smaller new build projects to the estates of the framework users.

    The framework is split into 7 lots which are:

    Lot 1 - General Building Works - Projects valued up to and including £250,000.

    Lot 2 - General Building Works - Projects valued £250,001 to £2,500,000.

    Lot 3 - SCOLA Cladding - Any Value.

    Lot 4 - External Windows and Doors - Projects valued up to and including £750,000.

    Lot 5 - Roofing - Projects valued up to and including £500,000.

    Lot 6 - Mechanical - Projects valued up to and including £500,000.

    Lot 7 - Electrical - Projects valued up to and including £500,000.
