Helpdesk

Based in Winchester, the helpdesk team supports both the Hampshire County Council office estate and Hampshire Constabulary estate across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The team report, triage and progress chase calls electronically and by phone. Making arrangements for escorting and access, helpdesk roles involve lots of customer and contractor interaction as you play a key role in keeping buildings safe and operational for visitors.
