Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in Basingstoke and Deane area
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Crown Lane between its junction with Newnham Road and its junction with A30 London Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Newnham Road, A30, Ashmoor Lane, Pot Lane, Newnham Lane
DURATION OF ORDER: from 3rd April 2024 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day between the hours 09:30 – 15:30).
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
