The above order, made on 25 April 2025, under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a public footpath commencing at a junction with Bishops Waltham Footpath 36 and proceeding southwards to a junction with Bishops Waltham Footpath 37, continuing in a southerly direction to Claylands Nature Reserve, then in a south-easterly then southerly direction through the reserve to a junction with Montague Road, as described in the Schedule to the order.
