Tender from Hampshire County Council in Basingstoke and Deane East Hampshire Eastleigh Fareham Gosport Hart Havant Isle of Wight New Forest Outside of Hampshire Portsmouth Rushmoor Southampton Test Valley Winchester area
Hampshire County Council is commissioning Overnight Respite Placements in a residential setting for children and Young People with a Disability through a Direct Award based on Service user choice model. Any Services provided will be part of a holistic support package for the child or young person that meets identified objectives
Upon successfully applying, the Council will appoint the Provider as a Qualified Service Provider for the delivery of the Services and the Council may issue Referrals and award Individual Service Contracts to the Provider throughout the Term. Following appropriate financial approval, referrals will be made to the service in accordance with User Choice
The Contract will commence on 1st October 2025 and will be for a period of four years with the option to extend for a further four years.
