The operational development (building works) to which this application relates is the construction of the Workshop building, within the area shown edged on the Site Location Plan - Drawing number 396-OBA-00-ZZ-DR-A-0113-02.
The operational development (building works) to which this application relates is the construction of the Door and Panel Store within the area shown edged red on the Site Location Plan - Drawing number 396-OBA-00-ZZ-DR-A-0114-02
The operational development (building works) to which this application relates is the construction of the Parts Store within the area shown edged red on the Site Location Plan - Drawing number 396-OBA-00-ZZ-DR-A-0112-02
The area of land to which this application relates is shown edged red in the Site Location Plan - Drawing number 396-OBA-00-ZZ-DR-A-0116-03.
The whole of the land edged red is used in relation to Silverlake's motor salvage operations. The building in the northern area of land edged red is the Tyre Bay and Quality Checking Building. The remainder of the land edged red is used as a car park for employees of Silverlake. The use of the land as a car park is ancillary to Silverlake's motor salvage operations
