The following road will be subject to a temporary speed restriction at some point over the next 6 months, with an expected start date of 19th January 2026.

Highways – Temporary Speed Restrictions from Hampshire County Council in East Hampshire area
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE SUBJECT TO SPEED RESTRICTION OF 30mph:
that part of Droxford Road between its junction with Limekiln Copse Lane and its junction with Hyden Farm Lane.
DURATION OF ORDER: from 19th January 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the restriction will be required for no longer than 6 weeks and in operation for 24 hours a day).
The speed restriction has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Blaze Construction Ltd to safely carry out junction works under temporary signals. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order or the associated works, please contact: [email protected]
