NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Library Road between its junction with Commercial Road Roundabout and its junction with Testwood Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Commercial Road, Beaumont Road, Testwood Lane, Salisbury Road.

DURATION OF ORDER: from Saturday 14^th March 2026 for a period of 12 months. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than Saturday 12^th December 2026, working between the hours 07:00-18:00 on the days in the schedule below)

SCHEDULE: This road closure will be in operation once per month on the days below to allow the Totton & Elling Council Monthly Market to take place.
