Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in East Hampshire area
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Binsted Road between its junction with Firth End Road and continuing to a point 100 metres Southwest on Binsted Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Binsted Road, The Street, Binsted Road, Farnham Road, Montecchio Way, London Road, Farnham Road, Isington Lane, Main Road, Blacknest Road.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Wednesday 18th March 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 2 days working between the hours 08:00-18:00).
