Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:

 

Proposed highway improvements on the A326 between and including the junctions with Michigan Way in west Totton and Main Road at Dibden

 

The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

 

The proposed development affects public right of way

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from EIA Team, Waste and Environmental Services, Universal Services, Hampshire County Council, EII Court, The Castle, Winchester SO23 8UD at a charge of £900. The documents can also be downloaded from Development Management website at the address given above.
