Hampshire County Council is seeking to engage the market and provide interested suppliers with early sight of its proposed approach to the procurement of an Extra Care Housing project in Havant, Hampshire.
 
Hampshire County Council will be holding an online market engagement event on Monday 6th of July 2026 at 14:00 where the project team will give a presentation on the Council's proposed approach, which will be followed by a question and answer session.

You will need to click on 'View Details' for the project and then click the 'Express Interest' button to be able to view the information.
 
In addition, we would also appreciate supplier feedback on our approach and we kindly ask interested suppliers to complete and submit the Market Engagement Questionnaire to inform our approach.
 
All answers provided will offer insight into how the market might consider this opportunity. Any information provided will be treated as confidential and non-binding but note it may be used to inform the final specification and tender pack.
 
The questionnaire on the In-Tend portal contains information to support the completion of the questionnaire. To submit your completed questionnaire or if you have any questions relating to the market engagement exercise, please submit enquiries/questions via the 'Correspondence' function within the In-tend project.
